Your Role

  • Provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents in a skilled nursing setting
  • Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy interventions
  • Accurately document resident progress and maintain all required clinical records
  • Collaborate with nursing, dietary, therapy, and medical staff to support the best clinical outcomes
  • Educate residents, families, and staff as needed regarding therapy goals and strategies
  • Promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life through person-centered therapeutic care
  • Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
  • Strong communication, assessment, and clinical problem-solving skills
  • A passion for serving residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
  • Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality therapeutic care
