Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our fast-paced Immigration Law Firm. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, provides exceptional customer service, and is comfortable managing front office operations in a high-volume legal environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and callers courteously and professionally in both Spanish and English
- Serve as the first point of contact in a busy immigration law office
- Manage multi-line phone systems, direct calls appropriately, and take detailed messages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Calendar and Microsoft Office tools
- Assist attorneys with administrative support, including copying, scanning, filing, faxing, and contacting clients
- Maintain accurate and confidential client files and records
- Assist attorneys with logging into virtual hearings and meetings (Webex, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Perform data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Process client payments (cash, check, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and over-the-phone payments)
- Assist with billing, bookkeeping, and basic office accounting tasks as needed
- Receive, verify, and stock office deliveries and supplies
- Track office inventory and notify the Office Manager of items needing replenishment
- Prepare and deliver outgoing packages via FedEx, UPS, and USPS before daily cutoff times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish required (verbal and written)
- Prior experience in reception, administrative support, or office management preferred
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Drive, Sheets, and Calendar
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Familiarity with office equipment (copiers, scanners, fax machines, postage machines)
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
Note: Benefits

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
