Full Job Description

Empowerment Youth for Positive Change has been in business for 6 years in Georgia, providing Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) services to youth and families. We are looking for another A-player to join our energetic team and help take our business to the next level in the Roswell GA, area. ⁠

RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the point person for Administrative duties including

  • Create billing spreadsheet
  • Greet patients & visitors upon entry to the facility
  • Answer phones; monitor faxes
  • Obtain medical records from outside facilities when necessary
  • Assign faxes/documents to patient charts in the electronic database
  • Enter/update clients data into the electronic database
  • Maintain client logs and visitor logs
  • Makes contact with referral sources and potential clients for obtaining demographic information
  • Coordinate the referral and intake process
  • Complete bi-weekly eligibility checks to verify clients benefits
  • Update daily referral spreadsheet
  • Monitoring/processing documents received via postal mail/ fax or email
  • Assists with contacting/scheduling clients for their appointments
  • Point of contact for referrals
  • Chart compliance
  • Data entry
  • Process Referrals
  • Mailings
  • Office supplies

  • Errands

  • Competes weekly Minutes for staff meetings and treatment team meetings
  • Schedule interviews for CEO
  • Schedule meetings and appointments when necessary for the CEO
  • Partner with the CEO to maintain Agency Protocol and office policies and procedures as necessary
  • Ensure that all Time Sheets are prepared and processed weekly
  • Provide general support to visitors and employees

REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Outlook, Excel in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with Office machines (e.g. printers, scan, and fax)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A Creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
  • Minimum High School degree, an additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.

This position is Full-time. The office hours are Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm. The position is available ASAP. You are required to pass a background check, and submit 3 references.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
