  • Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
  • Resolve concerns quickly to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Track individual sales performance and territory progress to meet targets
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management
  • Monitor competitor products and activity within assigned areas

Sales Development Representative Requirements:

  • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience as a Sales Development Representative is highly desirable
  • High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed
  • Skilled in negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship building
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius of assigned territory
