The Role

The Inbound Communications Coordinator is responsible for managing inbound phone calls, messages, and digital inquiries and for directly taking and processing customer orders. This role combines customer communication, sales support, and coordination with internal teams.

This position is best suited for someone who is steady, organized, and confident, and who enjoys helping customers move forward clearly and correctly.

Phone coverage and order accuracy are the top priorities. Social media responsibilities are handled in planned, focused blocks in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.

This is a full-time, in-office role.

What You'll Do:

Inbound Communications & Order Processing

● Answer incoming calls professionally and confidently

● Identify customer needs and guide them through product and ordering options

● Accurately take orders over the phone

● Enter orders correctly into internal systems

● Confirm details, quantities, and expectations clearly

● Know when to escalate complex situations or larger opportunities

Sales Support & Customer Experience

● Support the sales process through clear communication and follow-through

● Capture accurate notes, contact information, and next steps

● Represent the company in a calm, helpful, and trustworthy manner

● Ensure customers feel informed and taken care of

Social Media & Digital Communication

● Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to help create and schedule social media posts

● Contribute ideas for messaging and customer-focused content

● Respond to direct messages and comments professionally

● Identify leads, questions, and feedback from online interactions

Organization & Follow-Through

● Maintain organized communication and order records

● Follow established systems, workflows, and pricing guidelines

● Manage daily responsibilities independently once trained

● Identify recurring questions or issues and communicate them clearly

Growth & Opportunity

Prior experience is helpful but not required.
