Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service operations. This energetic role is perfect for a passionate culinary professional eager to showcase their leadership skills, oversee kitchen functions, and ensure exceptional dining experiences. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will drive food quality, manage daily kitchen activities, and foster a positive, efficient work environment. Duties

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and food production to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and proper handling procedures across all kitchen operations.
  • Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and maintaining operational flow.
  • Implement training programs to develop culinary skills and promote teamwork within the kitchen staff.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Extensive culinary background with fine dining experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food production, menu planning, and food service management.
  • Familiarity with dietary department standards and catering operations.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and food safety protocols.
  • Experience in banquet settings or large-scale event catering is highly desirable. Pay: $ $33.00 per hour
