Join Our Team as a Lead Med Tech (Supervisor in Charge)

Spring Arbor Senior Living is seeking a Supervisor Med Tech to join our team Individuals in this role are responsible for managing the medication administration program in accordance with state regulations and leading the care team under the guidance of the Resident Care Director.
Available Shift:
Full-Time | 1st Shift
Pay Range:
$22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
State-specific Medication Technician / Registered Medication Aide certification required
In addition to a Med Tech license, a CNA or PCA/DCS Certification is required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years old
Must maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications
Previous leadership experience preferred
What You'll Do:
Document and review medication administration; refer to residents' charts and administer medications per physician's orders
Ensure medications are administered on schedule and reordered timely
Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals regarding residents' medications, treatments, and therapies
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and incontinence care
Respond promptly to resident emergency call systems
Supervise and delegate tasks to RAs and Med Techs
Assist with recruiting, training, and scheduling resident care staff
Serve as Supervisor in Charge — lead with confidence, compassion, and accountability
