Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive working relationships, provide direction and feedback to employees.
- Educate Managers and Team Members on Chick-fil-A food standards and coach on productivity and consistency.
- Monitor food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes, while conducting daily food safety assessments.
- Schedule Team Members based on their skills and track performance, documenting policy/procedure violations.
- Report to the Owner/Operator and serve alongside the other executive directors.
- Ensure smooth kitchen shifts, delegate tasks as necessary.
- Manage inventory and facilities.
- Demonstrate understanding of key positions in the back of the store.
- Evaluate and make changes based on Profit and Labor Reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be food safety certified.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant management experience in the kitchen environment is required.
- Must have basic computer and iPad competencies.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for up to 8 hours, and be physically active for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Ability to understand and evaluate the Profit and Labor Reports.
