Outside Sales Representative – Southwest Washington
We're looking for someone who thinks critically, asks good questions and acts as a true partner to their accounts.
Evergreen Herbal, established in 2013, is one of Washington State's most established and diversified cannabis edibles manufacturers. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Southwest Washington territory to help expand distribution, deepen retail partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.
This role blends relationship-driven sales with research, analytics, and strategic thinking. It is especially well-suited for individuals with budtending experience or cannabis retail purchasing / inventory management backgrounds who understand sell-through, product mix, and pricing — and want to bring that perspective to the brand side.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a book of business across existing accounts and new prospects
- Prospect new retailers and expand brand placement throughout Southwest Washington
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with buyers, managers, and staff
- Analyze store-level sell-through, product mix, velocity, and pricing
- Use data and market insights to identify gaps and growth opportunities
- Make informed assortment, pricing, and promotional recommendations
- Act as a subject matter expert on Evergreen Herbal products and categories
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to execute education, merchandising, and promotions
- Represent Evergreen Herbal at vendor days, trade shows, and industry events
- Track performance and consistently meet or exceed monthly goals

Experience & Requirements
- Cannabis retail experience (budtending, purchasing, inventory management) strongly preferred
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required with the right mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
