Job Summary:
Become a key player in our operations as a Distribution Center Associate in Seattle, Washington! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the seamless functioning of our distribution hub. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. You will be working with a diverse range of products, utilizing various warehouse equipment, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our logistics. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are essential. We foster a positive work environment and provide all necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and efficiency standards.
  • Load and unload trailers and containers.
  • Operate various material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company protocols, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow throughout the distribution center.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform frequent lifting, up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of safety best practices and the mandatory use of PPE.
