Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Durham, North Carolina! This position is key to our logistics operations, ensuring that our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety and productivity. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
  • Stock merchandise in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
  • Pick items for orders according to specifications.
  • Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments for dispatch.
  • Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all Safety regulations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and effectively.
  • Participate in inventory control activities, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Must be able to perform consistent Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic understanding of logistics principles and inventory management.
  • Strong emphasis on Safety and adherence to all protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
  • Willingness to wear all necessary PPE.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
