Job Summary:
Our warehouse in Richmond, Virginia is looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products to fulfill customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. This position is essential for our logistics and e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product protection.
  • Label packages accurately for shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other hand tools as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
