About
Our warehouse in Richmond, Virginia is looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking products to fulfill customer orders and efficiently packing them for shipment. This position is essential for our logistics and e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order delivery. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order specifications.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other hand tools as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Meet productivity targets for picking and packing.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or packing role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
