Seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland! This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, forming a critical link in our logistics chain. You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Speed, accuracy, and a commitment to quality are essential. You will utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and ensure order integrity. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE. Your contribution is vital to our logistics success. Key responsibilities include:
- Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Scanning items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verifying picked items against order specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operating manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Supporting the overall flow of our logistics operations.
