Seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland! This role is crucial for ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, forming a critical link in our logistics chain. You will be responsible for selecting items from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and adherence to strict safety protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE. - Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order details.
- Scanning items to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verifying picked items against order specifications.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Operating manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Supporting the overall flow of our logistics operations.
