We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide maternity leave coverage and ensure continuity of HR operations during this period.
Position Summary
This fixed-term role will manage day-to-day HR functions and support clinical and administrative staff while the current HR Manager is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will ensure smooth HR operations, maintain compliance, and support a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for clinical and non-clinical staff
- Oversee employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and remain compliant with labor laws
- Support managers with staffing, disciplinary, and performance matters
- Assist with payroll and mangage leave management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support leadership with ongoing HR initiatives and operational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven HR experience (healthcare or allied health experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage confidential information
