Job Summary:
We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, encompassing a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to a productive and safe warehouse environment. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our operational success.
Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and operational efficiency.
Properly use and maintain all assigned equipment and PPE.
Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting and physical exertion.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Willingness to learn and follow Safety procedures.
