We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, encompassing a variety of tasks that ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to a productive and safe warehouse environment. We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our operational success.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety and operational efficiency.
- Properly use and maintain all assigned equipment and PPE.
- Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn and follow Safety procedures.
