Senior Culinary Manager

We are seeking a Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and lead teams effectively.

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create a comprehensive culinary vision
• Maintain operational excellence in presentation, taste, and overall dining experience
• Train and mentor kitchen staff members
• Effectively manage inventory and control food costs

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams
• Operational effectiveness and proficiency in multiple languages (English and Spanish)
• A minimum of two years' management experience in the restaurant industry
