The RoleWe are seeking a Sous Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain high standards of food quality, and lead teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create a comprehensive culinary vision
- Maintain operational excellence in presentation, taste, and overall dining experience
- Train and mentor kitchen staff members
- Effectively manage inventory and control food costs
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills and ability to motivate teams
- Operational effectiveness and proficiency in multiple languages (English and Spanish)
- A minimum of two years' management experience in the restaurant industry
