Job Summary:
Join our thriving logistics network as a Distribution Center Associate in Sacramento, California. This role is fundamental to the success of our operations, ensuring that goods move efficiently through our distribution center. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or other provided technology.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently for outbound shipment.
  • Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and scanning.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, following strict Safety guidelines.
  • Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics flow.
  • Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of boxes and items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Uphold all warehouse Safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant physical activity, including Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
  • Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
