Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners or other provided technology.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for outbound shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and stability.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent data entry and scanning.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts, following strict Safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to Safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall logistics flow.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of boxes and items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Uphold all warehouse Safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics setting is beneficial.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring significant physical activity, including Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing appropriate PPE.
