Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures meticulously.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for task tracking and inventory updates.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to handle frequent physical activity, including significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Understanding and commitment to warehouse Safety protocols.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for WMS operation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Experience with various warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
