Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures meticulously.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for task tracking and inventory updates.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to handle frequent physical activity, including significant Lifting (up to 60 lbs).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Understanding and commitment to warehouse Safety protocols.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer skills for WMS operation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Experience with various warehouse equipment operation is a plus.
