Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate, reconcile, and report on inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory data within the WMS.
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, including location accuracy.
- Assist in receiving, put-away, and picking processes to ensure proper stock handling.
- Identify and implement process improvements for inventory control.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and other departments on inventory-related matters.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain operations.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
