Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate, reconcile, and report on inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data within the WMS.
  • Monitor and manage inventory accuracy, including location accuracy.
  • Assist in receiving, put-away, and picking processes to ensure proper stock handling.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for inventory control.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with warehouse management and other departments on inventory-related matters.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Understanding of inventory control principles and supply chain operations.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
