Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Pack items securely for transit, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks - training provided/certification required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
