Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Sacramento, California. As a Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in our distribution center, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced logistics environment. Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick items from designated locations based on order tickets or scanner data.
  • Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
  • Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
  • Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse safety.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
  • Participate in inventory management activities as directed.
  • Follow all company guidelines for handling and storing goods.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a picking or packing role is advantageous.
  • Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE and adhere to safety standards.
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
