We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Picker/Packers in Sacramento, California. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick items from designated locations based on order tickets or scanner data.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order requirements.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, contributing to overall warehouse safety.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Participate in inventory management activities as directed.
- Follow all company guidelines for handling and storing goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret order forms and product codes.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics principles.
- Willingness to wear required PPE and adhere to safety standards.
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
