As a Sous Chef at one of our locations, you will be a positive, professional, and creative leader who inspires and mentors your team. You will work closely with our executive chef to create seasonal menu changes and develop new dishes that feature local ingredients.
- Duties:
- Lead a high-performing kitchen team and mentor junior staff members
- Develop and implement seasonal menus, including menu engineering and cost control
- Partner with our executive chef to source local ingredients and establish relationships with suppliers
- Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality food presentation
