• Leadership: Lead and manage kitchen staff, promoting a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Menu Development: Design innovative menus that showcase Japanese flavors and techniques, while appealing to diverse tastes.

• 2+ years of experience in kitchen management, preferably in a contemporary or pop-up setting.
• Comfortable working with Japanese ingredients and techniques, or eagerness to learn.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with ability to work independently.
• Aesthetic sense and presentation skills, with creativity and attention to visual detail.
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Respect for health codes and organizational abilities.
