Culinary Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in refined New England cuisine and be able to lead daily kitchen operations with confidence.

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution
• Oversee food preparation, production, and presentation
• Lead and mentor cooks and stewards to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items

Maintain inventory, receiving, and product rotation to optimize food costs.

This role requires strong culinary technique, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
