We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in refined New England cuisine and be able to lead daily kitchen operations with confidence.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and execution
- Oversee food preparation, production, and presentation
- Lead and mentor cooks and stewards to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all menu items
Maintain inventory, receiving, and product rotation to optimize food costs.
This role requires strong culinary technique, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Excellent candidates will possess a passion for innovative cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
