Job Title: Culinary Director
About the JobWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Culinary Director to oversee our culinary program. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of food quality and presentation, while ensuring that all events and food service operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Culinary direction and leadership of the kitchen team
- Menu planning and development to meet client needs and preferences
- Food cost control and inventory management
- Training and development of culinary staff
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary leadership role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
