This role involves overseeing daily operations, training junior cooks, and ensuring menu consistency in a fast-paced Tex-Mex restaurant.

The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure while leading their team to achieve a cohesive unit. A minimum of three years' experience in progressive culinary roles, preferably as a lead cook or sous chef, is highly desirable.
