About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Pastry Chef to lead our team in producing high-quality pastry menu items under their immediate direction.

• Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in managing, handling and preparing all bakery/pastry items and ingredients is essential.


• Food Production: Ability to cook and season food according to recipes while controlling food production in a timely manner.


• Maintenance and Sanitation: Maintain a clean station and adhere to kitchen maintenance and sanitation standards.


• Culinary Knowledge: Possess up-to-date knowledge of the menu including preparation, seasoning, ingredients and plate presentation.
