For an IT Technology, Solutions and Advisory Company we are looking for a:

Freelance Business Development Partner (Consulting & IT Services)

This independent role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong network in the Swiss consulting or IT services sector who thrives on building new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for project-based consulting services in Switzerland
  • Leverage your existing relationships and market insights to open doors and win new business
  • Represent and promote the company’s consulting capabilities to potential clients.
  • Identify new business trends, client needs, and partnership opportunities
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Your Profile:

  • Solid experience in sales or business development within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
  • A proven network of relevant decision-makers in Switzerland
  • The ability to grow the consultant business for this company
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality, and passion for winning clients
  • Strong understanding of the Swiss market trends
  • Fluent in English and German, any other Swiss national language is a plus
