Votre profil

  • English fluent
  • Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience
  • Skills on Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory (Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint)
  • Microsoft 365 environment
  • Citrix virtual desktops and applications
  • Networking (Switching, routing, firewalls)

Vos tâches

  • Responsible for overseeing the work of 1st tier support and if needed escalating to 2nd and 3rd tier
  • Maintaining the global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, additionally responding queries via chat, email, or phone..
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
  • Keeping the IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team
