English fluent
Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
Min. 3 years of experience
Skills on Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory (Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint)
Microsoft 365 environment
Citrix virtual desktops and applications
Networking (Switching, routing, firewalls)

Vos tâches

Responsible for overseeing the work of 1st tier support and if needed escalating to 2nd and 3rd tier
Maintaining the global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, additionally responding queries via chat, email, or phone..
Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
Keeping the IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team
