Who you are
- English fluent
- Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of experience
- Skills on Microsoft Server operating systems and Active Directory (Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint)
- Microsoft 365 environment
- Citrix virtual desktops and applications
- Networking (Switching, routing, firewalls)
Your tasks
- Responsible for overseeing the work of 1st tier support and if needed escalating to 2nd and 3rd tier
- Maintaining the global IT infrastructure with the rest of the team, additionally responding queries via chat, email, or phone..
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution of issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal IT disciplines to implement solutions and ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes
- Keeping the IT perimeter, data and users secure by staying up-to-date with the current global situation and working with the business and internal security team
