Head of Cybersecurity

I am working with a leading cyber security firm in Germany, committed to cutting-edge solutions. They are looking for a Head of Cybersecurity who values innovation and collaboration to lead their dynamic team. Full remote work.

Responsibilities:

1. Contribute ideas for making cybersecurity processes more effective.
2. Work closely with customers and be responsible for communications and negotiations.
3. Initiate measures to help prevent cyber-attacks.
4. Responsible for case-related crisis management.
5. Lead and manage the Cybersecurity & Information security team.
6. Work with Executives, senior leadership and other stakeholders.
7. Develop, maintain, and review the cyber-security architecture that aligns with the company's overall strategies and goals.

Requirements:

1. Experienced Cybersecurity Manager
2. Fluency in English and German (C1 or above)
3. Great communication skills
4. Ambitious & Driven leader
5. Degree in relevant field
6. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA etc.
7. Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001 etc.
