Job Description
- Manages large volume of payments for walk-in office traffic and customer inquiries.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
- Manages customer complaints. Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follows up ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions. Files documents.
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
