We are seeking detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our bustling facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this critical role within our logistics chain, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient retrieval of products from inventory and their subsequent packing for shipment. Your precision directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position requires a strong focus on detail, a commitment to Safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with a wide variety of products, ensuring they are handled with care and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. Expect to handle regular Lifting of items up to 45 lbs and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from designated warehouse locations.
- Pack items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring product integrity.
- Verify order details against picked items.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Contribute to team goals for productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical capability for standing, walking, bending, and significant Lifting.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset.
