ENGINEERING & TRAINING SYSTEMS SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT Your place of work: Stans, Switzerland Your Tasks Lead all software development activities within the Airborne Software Team, managing a group of 8-10 software developersOversee development and necessary troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with standards and processes as well as delivery within agreed timelines and budgetsDefine tasks, provide feedback and mentor software developers to facilitate accomplishment of goalsManage interfaces within and external to the organization e.g. System Engineering, Programme Management, Tool Vendors and Avionics SuppliersIdentify and lead continuous product and process improvements, including updates of software documentation for the Pilatus Design Organization With this you convince us Extensive knowledge of C and/or ADA programming, software architecture and design methodologiesExtensive experience with application of DO-178 and associated standards e.g. DO-330, DO-331Knowledge of version control (Git), task management (JIRA) and requirement management (DOORS) practicesFluent English (C1) required, German knowledge is a plusAble to integrate into and lead a well-established team of software developersPositive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude as well as ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and balance conflicting priorities What we offer A committed, international team and unique projects Flexible working hours and individual pension solutions Support for training and opportunities for personal and professional development Discounted meals in our staff restaurant and various discounts for employees Team events at which we celebrate our successes together Become part of the Pilatus family We want to address everyone with our job ad's and are committed to diversity in our company –
