We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to lead high-volume kitchen operations at Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida.
This role requires the ability to oversee food quality, maintain strict food safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily outlet operations, from production and preparation to supervising quick-service throughout the day.
