Data Analyst

A US-Swiss startup, which embarked on a mission to fully automate business finance function, is looking for top-performing and passionate Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

1. Take integral part in developing and deploying solutions for automating finance processes and solving business problems using LLMs, AI agents, and predictive modeling techniques.
2. Perform complex analysis to derive insight from vast finance/accounting data stores. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations.
3. Utilize excellent communication skills to clearly distill the essence of your technical work to audiences of all levels and across multiple functional areas.
4. Provide expertise to simplify processes and evolve human experiences affected by interactions between data, algorithms, context, logic and interfaces.
5. Develop deep product intuition that you leverage to influence future product roadmaps and drive decision making.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience with end-to-end ML systems, specifically data processing and feature engineering - with both structured and unstructured data. Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings in clear and concise manner. Experience with finance/accounting is a big plus.
2. Proven and successful track record of delivering results in high-performing data analyst teams. Very strong attention to details.
3. Deep knowledge of statistical software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB, pandas, TensorFlow) and database languages (e.g., SQL). Good knowledge of accounting principles.
4. MS in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent technical fields. Degree in Finance is a plus.
5. Very good verbal and written English communication skills.
