Proficient in English (C1)
Degree in computer science
Experience as Exchange Online Administrator and strong PowerShell skills and understanding of Microsoft 0365 cloud
Customer-focused with prioritisation skills
Security-conscious
Team player, adaptable, and good communicator

Your tasks

Manage Exchange Online platform in Switzerland and subsidiaries
Handle M365 tools (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Automate, etc.)
Automate and enhance PowerShell scripts for admin tasks
Provide technical support for messaging systems and incidents
Draft procedures and documents for issue resolution
