Who you are
- Completed (technical) university degree or comparable training with professional experience
- Experience with the development and implementation of cloud applications
- Genesys Cloud certifications are a strong advantage
- Good English language skills, German is a plus
Your tasks
- Planning, integration and expansion of complex systems based on Genesys Cloud technologies
- Integration of cloud applications into existing systems
- Migration of existing on-premise systems to the cloud
- Documentation and visualisation of cloud applications
- Independent coordination and management of customer projects
