- Completed commercial training.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP applications.
- Exact and independent way of working.
- Networked thinking.
- Good communication skills, team player.
- German mother tongue.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Your tasks
- Opening products and components in SAP for the Customer Service, Marketing and Service Center departments.
- Creating complete product parts lists for sales, production and customer service.
- Creating prices and conditions for the company products.
- Creation of accounts receivable in SAP for the areas of international sales, the Swiss market and customer service.
- Creation of accounts payable for the purchasing and marketing departments.
- Supporting employees of other departments such as Product Management, Sales or OPR with enquiries, problems or requests regarding master data.
- Create evaluations or lists from SAP.
- Extranet @ CS : Supporting the department, uploading the relevant images.
- Content-Serve @ PM: Supporting the department, coordinating and uploading pictograms.
