Your tasks
- Überwachung und Koordination der nationalen ICT- und Infrastruktur-Services
- Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes und Eventhandling
- Kommunikation und Koordination bei "Major Incidents" mit nationaler Auswirkung
- Eskalationsmanagement und Durchführung von Continuity-Massnahmen
